For years I have been having
Sleep paralysis, could not move my body, feeling someone sitting on me or on my bed, hearing strange voices. I thought I was going crazy!!! I went to neurologist for treatment, he prescribed some heavy medications to help me sleep. It helped as long as I was taking it.
I did not know what it was, my brain activities or maybe I was visited by a bad spirit who tried to suffocate me. I was lookig for answers, and today, I stumbled upon your site. You explain so well the Sleep Paralysis, and now I have my answer! Now I will not be as afraid, and even try to experiment with it. Thank you Erin for saving me today, you have no idea what a RELIEF I feel.
