Default consequences of moving on your academic performance

Hi,
I just moved from Washington D.C. to Germany 2 month ago. This move has been very hard on me, primarily eventhough I am german I still do like to consider myself american. I have begun settling in and joy is returning back into my everyday life, yet my academic performance is lacking. Prior to moving I was a straight A student( my german GPA was 1.3 (in german system 1 being the best, 6 the worst) which correspont to about a 3.9 GPA). All my examns I have written so far this year turned out to be Bs, Cs and Ds.
The curriculum isnt any harder then Im used to however.

I was wondering what might cause my poor academic performance?
-The move itself
- the teachers
- the pressure im placing on myself
- negative thoughts , thinking of failing (Law of Attraction)

Might these be the factors or are their different or more? And what can I be doing to regain my edge?

Thank you in advance
Fred J
