Move out.
Tell them and face the music. You see, I believe this is a very essential part of growing up. Not just on your part, but also on your grandparents' part.
You will realize that you really are an independant human being and the disapproval and opinions of others can only affect you up to a certain point.
And they (your grandparents) will have to realize this, too.
Move out and live on your own. It will bring an entirely new set of challenges for you, but it will be way better than what you've experienced so far. And hey, this is an important step in your developement. If your grandparents really have the best intentions for you, they will understand this.
And if they don't... well, what are they going to do about it?
