You might be slightly anemic, like my wife. She has to make sure she gets enough iron in her diet or she is always cold had has similar problem to you. Dark green veggies are good, but a supplement is extra insurance.

You may need more exercise. I don't know what kind of activity level you maintain, but doing something to get your heart pumping fast at least once a day can do great things for your circulation.

Keeping body temperature up is important. If you notice this problem getting worse as the weather gets colder, you may need to invest in some warm socks.

Anyway, those are just ideas, but I do recommend a quick doctor visit, just to rule out anything more serious. A doctor can also help you figure out the best course of action for improving matters.

Good luck.
Thanks for the response. I think I am going to set an appointment up with my doctor within the next week or so.

You mentioned exercise... I could love to but the last time I did I thought I was going to pass out. I had a sever head rush that lasted something like 20 mins. I even told my buddy that was with me to keep an eye on me in case I start to loose consciousness.

Anyway I am going to schedule an appointment to get to the bottom of this. Hopefully its nothing serious. Thanks again.
