@ginkgo: i guess you are joking. i don't even accept the bad health comment as this is temporary and i am still more healthy than not. ravioli sounds yummy though.
@koneall: thanks, i haven't been around any harsh chemicals that i know of. resting is a good idea i'm already working with though. i was told if it is the flu it would be worse today and it isn't.
