I have experimented with EFT. It was useful sometimes, other times it was not. I do not believe in the meridian theory. I do believe it is a useful pattern interrupt.

The wording of the technique is excellent. It allows one to think that even though one feels this issue, one can still feel acceptance. It really is great phaseology.

I believe it is all about focus, pattern interupt and great phrasing (which leads a person into a certain direction).
