This website convinced me that all wheat products are unhealthy. Many people have gluten intolerance. Wheat is what elevates cholesterol, not meat. The doctor on the website has an agenda but he shows dramatic improvements in health when his patients do nothing more than give up bread, pasta, etc. So far it has prevented canker sores, something I've been plagued with since high school. I also seem to have lost weight but I don't have a scale to document it. I just notice my pants are looser. He talks a lot about "Wheat belly". the midsection accumilation of fat that decreases when not eating bread.
