Are you sure it's a Trojan? Could have be something messing with your drivers, anyway I've recently had a similar problem. It was my laptop, turned of my wireless card and everything booted fine.

When you are rebooting press the "F8" or "F10" key and select the option to "restore from the last now configuration"
