get average of 6 hrs per night....prefer an sometimes get 7-8
sitting in front of computer, paper work, phone all day...try to get up and move around as much as possible.
only nap if i am sick...if i nap when i am tired when not my usual bedtime, usually feel drugged and groggy and can't wake up. so no, don't nap.
i do exercise regularly, a few hours before bedtime.
would like to get more sleep because i know lack of it can shorten your life and the abnormal levels of insulin, cortisol, etc can affect weight.
usually exhausted enough to fall asleep very quickly, rotate various sleep aides to assure (most of time) no wee hour wakenings.
keep walkman nearby....like voices/music to sleep with/by
would love to wake up naturally rather than alarm...feels so much better.
