4-5 days per week, weight lifting, cardio, basketball
5. how do you feel about your current sleeping habit right now? do you feel you need more rest or you feel having enough sleep?
I could use more sleep but I function just fine because I created the belief that 5 hours is enough
6. anything else about your sleeping patterns?
I get broken sleep. I am up about 1 hour each night around 3am to feed my 4 month old son. I would prefer to get 5-6 hours straight sleep. Hopefully soon
