1)I average 8-9 hours of sleep, usually 8.5. Always wake up when ready.
2)I take no naps.
3)I work 6 days a week, usually from 5pm-11pm. I hike most every day, and drive alot.
4)I exercise most everyday, with some exceptions. I hike alot, rock climb, do alot of bodyweight exercises(pullups, pushups, etc.), some weight training. Very little prolonged cardio such as running, much healthier to do light sprints, and besides hiking, and rock climbing work your cardio system just as well if not better.
5)I feel great about my sleeping habit. No need to change anything.
6) I'm a night owl, and usually go to sleep around 5-6 am, and wake around 2pm.
