6-7 hours. Usually 10.30 pm to 5.30 am

Very rarely. Sometimes on weekends - not more than 20 Min.

Studying, attending classes, driving, taking care of my 2 yo, cooking, cleaning etc.

No, not regularly.
5. how do you feel about your current sleeping habit right now? do you feel you need more rest or you feel having enough sleep?
Sometimes I wake up at 4.30 when I have assignments or exams and those days I feel tired and the need to rest . Normally feel sleepy post lunch.
6. anything else about your sleeping patterns?
3 out of 7 days on an average, I wake up with body pains. Jus' for ref, I'm 27.
