I feel good with the amount of sleep that I have, although I would like to break it down into 2 parts at some point.

I am more a night person. If I fall asleep before 10pm I am sure to wake up at 1am or 2am and not being able to sleep for 3 or 4 hours, no matter how tired I am/was.
