hi, i want to ask some question about your sleeping habit to everybody in this forum, please answer these questions honestly as i will be using them as reference in my next essay,
1. how many hours do you sleep a day?
2. do you usually take naps in the day?
3. what are your activity during the day?
4. do you exercise regularly? if yes, what do you do for exercise and how often you do it?
5. how do you feel about your current sleeping habit right now? do you feel you need more rest or you feel having enough sleep?
6. anything else about your sleeping patterns?
