My recent manifestations:

Manifestation #1 - Got a job in retail
Manifestation #2 - Exceeded our daily sales target

I think what has worked for me is visualising and trying to create the feeling that I already have what I am intending. After I went for the interview, I continued to voice my intention and even rehearsed in my mind telling new people I meet "Oh, I work at ____" Occasionally some doubt would flicker into my mind - "Oh, maybe I should have said this when they asked that question?" - but I quickly dispelled those thoughts and reminded myself of my intention.

All Monday night and during travel time on the way to work yesterday morning I continued to recite my intention of exceeding the stores daily sales target - even visualising myself calling my regional manager and happily telling her the day's figures which exceeded the target. And what do you know? Without being pushy or pressuring anyone into buying anything exceeding the sales target by a couple of hundred dollars was easy!!
