I like bread, a lot.

White bread is quite bad for you I think, but brown bread can be good for you. I can get a slice of brown bread with just 100 cals and 5 gs of protein. I wouldn't eat lots of bread, but some is definately ok. If you make bread yourself you can do it with like 4 ingrediants, and it tastes so much sweeter.
