Default Bread...good for you or not...

I eat quite a lot of bread, not white bread, but the type with more grain and fiber. Usually with different kinds of topping, like butter, cheese, cucumber, tomato, eggs, ham and more.

Is this good for you, or should I try to change my diet?

I do eat all kinds of other stuff too...it's not like it's all bread.
