I've never seen any of these. Can you give a brief description and why they had such an impact on you?
The last movie I saw that impacted me was "Mysterious Skin". It is not a new movie, but I saw it on DVD recently. It had an disturbing impact because of the subject, child molestation and its aftermath.
Also recently saw the documentary "No End in Sight" about the mismanagement of the war in Iraq. Tragic.
