just about everything you experienced with sp...i have.
it happened more in my teens and early twenties...
has happened sporadically over the years, mostly when feeling vulnerable or really stressed and confused about my life situation at a particular time.
maybe for that reason, every sp experience has been a terrifying one for me.
i had one obe when i was in my late teen, early 20's that was absolutely horrible...i felt it as a physical experience...not really painful but uncomfortable and scarey with little control over it.
in all cases, because i was "weak"...i felt open to evil trying to "take me over" or harm me.
