I'm doing the Ideallifevision and it has different categories. So right now I have 7 categories and also with sub-categories on some of the categories that I have.

I break it all down so everything is organize, record each category with some inspiration music with no words in it. I than listen to one category and focus on it, and if I'm ready to hear a different one then I switch. It kind of makes it easier for me, instead of listening all in one. If I feel I need to listen to a specific one, I'm able to do so.

I believe that you can have more than one, just make sure you organize it so it doesn't become as something you can't handle or becomes overwhelming.
