First, when I started to get sleep paralysis many times a week in January, this year, I didn't know what was going on. I eventually told my parents, when I got it almost every night, and we ended up with doctors who didn't have a clue, who sent me to experts who didn't know. (Well he said that there most likely was a disturbance in the sleep stages for some reason, which is quite correct)
I got tested for epilepsy, and took magnetic X-ray of my brain, but it was nothing. So after some months my parents forgot about it, and I just accepted it. Actually, I never really wanted to get rid of it, I liked it in some way. Made me feel special and all that Then I talked to someone on the internet who told me to wiki sleep paralysis. Then youtube, then google, then Steve Pavlina.

Nowadays it happens periodically. The experience itself is most often being unable to move and that buzzing noise. After finding out about sleep paralysis and astral projection possibility, the buzzing noise was no longer just a normal buzzing noise. It went insane, amazingly high in pitch and it sounded like... something going from a high pitch to a superhigh pitch until it's about to explode. Pretty cool! Then the mini projections started (eyes closed). It was just like the feeling of floating up and rotating. I've also consciously moved to other positions and open my eyes to see the other way around with my physical eyes. But I've never seen anything with my eyes closed.

I've had 1 or 2 scary experiences. The one I remember clearly is where I was lying on my stomach, when I was paralysed waking up from a dream about the devil, feeling really intense evilness stream through my body as well as a frightening pump organ sound repeating 3 times from my chest.
Other than that, I've had some interesting experiences in paralysis, such as senseless lyrics or text scrolling before my eyes in high speed and being forced to read it. (Senseless, as in the words "Harry Potter" included, along with lots and lots of weird stuff I don't remember). I also had a funny experience recently which I posted in a thread (I became a puppy and was forced to play out the dream while hearing weird stuff, while being awake and seeing physically)

So for me, I don't wanna get rid of it, but I want more !
