most teachers will give you a WP - showing you withdraw with a passing grade.
but now that you've said a bit more i am not sure you really want to quit school. have you asked your inner self which option is aligned with your best interest?
have you made a list of the reasons to stay in school and cancel the interview or withdraw from school and take the job? it may be a moot point, it depends on how the interview goes, but doing the pro/con thing may bring you more clarity about what you want than you seem to currently have.
