Most are going to be expensive. Here are a hundred of them maybe you can find one that is not too expensive. The idea is to get the biggest benefit for the least money.

I was watching a video of a woman in Texas who forages (gatherer but not hunter) in Texas for raw food. She found a field with 22 persimmon trees loaded with this fruit and some reishi mushrooms. Crunchy sprouts are super healthy but cost like $2. Of course how expensive something is, is not just cost. It is cost divided by amount.

My area is loaded with pokeweed berries now. They are poisonous to mammals raw, but the Declaration of Independence was written in the juice from them.
