 can lower astrals give you nightmares?
Can lower astral entities and energies give you nightmares? Nightmares that are programmed so well that they hit you exactly where you're vulnerable?
I just had one, and it's too personal to share the details of it. But when I woke up I said "get thee hence negative entities" and all this negative energy left my system. Which suggests to me that my nightmare probably isn't real and isn't guidance from higher beings, but the manipulative scheme of some lower astral entities.
Anybody know whether nightmares can be controlled by these lower astrals? Do teachers or higher beings ever teach through nightmares? Any information is appreciated.
