i know this might not be what you were asking but i noticed something:

Since i became spiritual,deeply interested in evolving myself,and started reading about LOA,books like celestine prophecy or conversations with God.

uncounsciously i started to have more confidence in myself and a higher self-esteem.

now when i go down the street everybody stare at me and find me interesting and beautiful.

i believe ive changed some of my face expressions cause i wasnt so good looking a couple of years back.

i really dont know how,but it happened!
