I visualized the body I wanted and THEN made the appropriate changes. Grab a picture of the body you like and spend 1-2 minutes a day seeing yourself as having that body. What this is doing is changing that subconscious belief about what you should or shouldn't look like. As over 90% of what you do is subconscious, you want an image that's good for you.
After coming up wtih your ideal body image, come up with a plan for it. Will you eat different, exercise different, drink more water, sleep better? After that take some ACTION on your plan and see what works and what doesn't. Do more of what works and less of what doesn't.
