I made my genital herpes disappear and never come back! Well...it does pop up every once in a while...like once a year, sometimes longer...but only one sore shows up...only ONE!
It's been this way since I found out...I basically just decided I wasn't going to have herpes...I didn't panic or ...well I did go through the normal emotional process that people go through when they find out they have an incurable STD...but after that passed I just decided "No, I'm not going to entertain the herpes virus in my body"and it hardly ever shows up...I also eat well and meditate and try not to stress about too much...which I'm sure helps as well! It's really no more of a bother to me than the very occasional cold sore...which it IS, just in a different place!
