Amazon.com: The Raw Food Detox Diet: The Five-Step Plan for Vibrant Health and Maximum Weight Loss (9780060834371): Natalia Rose: Books

A book called the Raw Food Detox Diet. It had a little section saying that peanuts and soy are the most mucus-forming foods on the planet, and are very unhealthy.

Also my intuition just doesn't like them, which is why I listen in the first place. Note that I have a condition where mucus-forming foods affect me very badly, which may be why I find soy and peanuts so bad for me. Other people might be OK with them.
