Alright, heres my latest update (19 days into my experiment):

- Waking up at 7:30 AM everyday has worked fairly well, and I still get up at 7:30 or 8 AM every morning except for Sunday, where I sleep in till 9 or 9:30. My body now expects to get up around this time, and I almost naturally am on a cycle. It is very nice to get up earlier in the morning, but I am still working on becoming a productivity machine during this time. I have found it somewhat challenging to "get going".

- The no caffeine on the other hand has worked WONDERS, and I can't stress it enough. I went from 1 can a day during the week and 2 or 3 cans a day on the weekend to ZERO ever. I actually tried to drink it once after the first week, and I couldn't because it tasted so bad. Since I started my experiment, Ive only truly had it once and that was simply to keep me awake at the wheel while I was on my way to and from a business meeting (1 hour 30 minutes away). It is amazing how much more "natural" my energy levels are, and I fall asleep every night in probably less than 3 minutes.

I mentioned that I was having extra time at night after the first ten days, and this is still relevant. I also stated that I could start playing battlefield 2 with my spare time during the week, which Ive done and now am going to STOP doing. Ive decided that I want to use this extra hour or two in a more personal reflection type manor. Reading a book, or journaling, or something along those lines instead of gaming. I will keep track of how this turns out.

A New 30 Day Experiment

Ever since starting this one to stop drinking caffeine and get up earlier, I've reflected recently and decided to start another one. The new one I started Sat Feb 16th (2 days ago) is this, the first thing I do when I wake up every morning is I write in my now daily notebook what I want to manifest for the day. For instance Ill write "Work from x to x" and then write below it "laugh alot, feel accomplished, fun, easy". For it being day 3, It has worked amazingly!! Ive manifested EVERYTHING I write down, and out of the perhaps 15-20 specific occurrences I wrote down, every one has come into being!

The craziest one by far was on Friday the first day I started. I am 20 and had a date with a girl that night that I knew only from a random group encounters. I wrote down I wanted to "find out about who she is inside" and "laugh alot" amongst some others. And, not only did I end up almost belly laughing numerous times, by the end of the night we were talking about MANIFESTING and dream boards! Heck, I even found out she did Taro (sp?) card readings for fun! She is now going to make a dream board for herself, and needless to say I think Ill get a 2nd date with her.

It is wild what this 30 day experiment is capable of doing. I think I am becoming addicted; perhaps I should make a blog where we can all share 30 day experiment stories...
