you might like some of the books by Gregg Braden. i've read The Divine Matrix, it's like a metaphysical examination of quantum physics and how that can affect our experience of reality. also things in there like spontaneous remissions for cancer patients. really interesting stuff, but it does have a science component as it's also spiritual.
you may also like Care of the Soul by Thomas Moore.
