I see what you're saying and I agree with you partially, if running a marathon is your goal, perhaps you know of a marathon that pays really well. I haven't met to many people when asked "what do you do for a living", answer "Oh, I run marathons..."
It seems there is two perspectives here, an action oriented and another that involves utilizing a "force" that brings these synchronicity type opportunities into play.
That's fine if you're grounded in the former as neither path is incorrect. My interests lie in understanding the later. Perhaps you can share info on that?
