This was my most unique Las Vegas experience. I was asleep by 9 because I left the workshop really tired each day.
Doing most of the exercises was a little uncomfortable for me, but there was no pressure and I could feel a lot of support from partners and everyone else. There were a couple of minor breakthroughs for me, but the important thing was learning how to apply the principles so that the effect of the workshop lasts longer than the weekend.
Each day was pretty heavy and I'm sure I missed a lot, so I'm looking forward to reviewing the DVDs.
Thanks to Steve and everybody who attended and worked there. Making new connections with growth-oriented people wasn't a goal, but it happened anyway and I'm happy about it. Next time, I'll actually try to make friends and see what happens.
By the way, this post was one of the reasons I went:
3-Day Las Vegas Workshop Oct 2-4 (Blog) When I asked Erin about it at the end of the workshop, it's like she already knew the question was coming. In case anyone is wondering, I'm the Alex you didn't meet. The other ones were much more social and visible than I was.
