In the case of both me and Rose we find it odd to look at ourselves in mirrors. We really don't feel like the body we see in front of us.
Rose is psychic, so she sees her higher self, who appears as a man. I'm less confident in my psychic abilities, but I had a reading with
Anna Conlan who told me I had had more lives as a woman than as a man. I also see my inner self as female, though I'm still not sure if that's my imagination or what.
