Did you know he lost 25 lbs. and is into raw foods? He's no raw foodist but his girlfriend (I think) Rose Cole recently interviewed David Wolfe (this I know for a fact). Here's the link to her site: Wellness with Rose - www.wellnesswithrose.com As far as I can tell, she's into raw foods (but not 100%) and superfoods.

I find it fascinating how the best guys at stuff will find each other in the world. My worlds collide. I found Pavlina because I wanted to get into self-development, and that interest was sparked through one of Eben's earlier programs. And from you, Steve, I got into health and nutrition (very deeply). So to see it come full circle...well it's quite profound for me. And I'm only 17.

Very cool.
Eben talks about raw foods in one of the Man Trans bonus DVDs. He explains how he got really sick while doing a previous seminar (that was being taped) and how miserable he was trying to get through it. After that he said he made a commitment to get his health in order and started learned about raw and vegan foods. He said the energy boost and reduction in illness were well worth it.

One of the things that impressed me about him is that he continues to work on his own growth, sharing what he learns along the way.
