I think it's been covered before, somewhere.
In my own personal opinion, though, I don't think Steve's message is for everyone. And I don't think he pretends that it's for everyone. I read somewhere where he said his "mission" in life is to influence the influencers (or something like that) and hence his message is targeted to people who should be starting their own business but have not done so out of fear.
I don't think he's trying to get everybody to quit their jobs. Just the ones who aren't happy working a job.
