I don't think anyone can stop you from selling something you legally own, as long as you don't misrepresent the publisher or manufacturer, or claim to be associated with them. Ebay right now has over 100 DeAngelo items. If it were possible, all DeAngelo has to do is petition ebay to take down all their products. But I'm not a lawyer, just a person who has sold many things on ebay, including DeAngelo CD's
