It's definitely geared towards hetero men since the focus is on male-female relationship dynamics. I don't recall seeing any mention in the program of how to adapt it to gay relationships.
I imagine many parts would still be applicable to all relationships because there's so much focus on inner development. But I can't say how valuable it would be because I'm admittedly ignorant when it comes to the social dynamics of gay relationships.
