You're using iTunes to store stuff on your iPod. Baaaad boy.
I'm using Winamp with the ml_ipod.dll. Supports all iPods as far as I know. Just install the plugin (google it), restart winamp. Go to your media library, add your music (in this case, the podcasts) to it, and drag them onto your iPod under Devices.
This is assuming your also using winamp. Great program.
iTunes for the lose in my opinion...
