Cut out any obvious health drainers like sugar, processed meat, excessive fat and salt and replace them with healthier substitute. It's just like tidying a messy room. You get rid of all the big objects first which nomally takes 10 minutes. Then the bedroom looks great, but to make it look perfect you have to spend a couple of hours scrubbing away and making it spotless.

Good analogy huh?
