Agree! Timing is actually critical here. When someone is too averse to any suggestions, they are probably too entrenched in their own comfort zone. They aren't ready to change.

Yeah, in fact there are more of such people around then the truly empowered and positive ones. But I realise that when we start going into this PD thing and talking about it, we start to attract like-minded people into our circle. It's really amazing. Probably the Law of Attraction performing it's magic again.
