Yeah, I also had a big problem with the sound quality. I guess those Flip cameras are not very good for sound quality. They are rather inexpensive to begin with, but it's quite a shame that it isn't very loud. Steve, we can barely hear you, buddy. It's a shame they didn't build it so that the person being filmed has the microphone towards them, and not towards the host/cameraman.
