I wouldn't call it a horrible post, but it was rather insulting to those egg-eaters out there. Eggs are really good for you if they are laid by healthy hens and chickens. They have healthy Omega 3 fats if gotten from pure sources. Either way, I've never really liked eggs that much, although they're not the worst tasting food in the world. There are less cruel ways to get protein and omega 3 fatty acids, but we all still need some kind of animal based omega 3s. And B12. But if you want to go vegan, go ahead. Have fun trying it out. I'm sure there are some people who can handle it better than others. Me, I like a nice cut of meat once a day. I do my best to buy ones that are from a good source, as I have an organic farm across the street from me. I wouldn't eat supermarket meat anymore. Or eggs. My great-grandfather had his own chickens and had fresh eggs every day. Those were the best-tasting eggs I ever had. You can tell even by the taste what organic and free-range, pasture fed are better in every way.
