Hi, I am planning trip to London to get my first NLP training. I got a little confused and I would like ask you for little help.

What ticket I should buy if I want to take overground train from Euston to Watford Junction every day twice(from Euston to Watford and from Watford to Euston) for seven days?.

I found some Oyster ticket but I have no idea how much would cost me using it and there is also 7 day train ticket which I could use.
