Those percentages seem way too low and incorrect. Would be nice if they were, but I don't think so. Who did the count? Thing is it's pretty impossible for it to be accurate since a large amount of mental illnesses and other disorders are not diagnosed. Many people either don't admit to a problem or won't get help. Or are incorrectly diagnosed.
