Oh gosh, "minty?" Just the term makes me all giddy. I've been slacking off with meditations and can't remember the feelings I had with it, minty doesn't sound appropriate for all the ones I felt- But the idea still makes me all happy and smiley.
I was hanging out with a group of people (+ a psychic and her reiki person relative) practicing sending energy around in a circle holding hands and people said it was cool and tingly for them as it was going along, so I was looking for that and didn't get it- But when I relaxed I felt heeeeat going through my hand. I don't know if that had to do with me sensing energy differently or with the person whose hand it was coming from having been staring at me all night and shyly trying to chat me up the few minutes before.
I think with my heart I've only felt wonderful warmth and sometimes it feels sorta like it grows to be several feet in diameter. The odder sensations tend to be in my head- But maybe I just haven't been using it so much.
