It doesn't matter if the fructose in fruit is "natural" or not. It's sugar. High Fructose Corn Sirup contains fructose. That's why it's called High FRUCTOSE Corn Sirup.
You will lose weight, yes. But not fat.
Eating enough food was almost impossible for me. Fruit has such a limited variety that I can't stand most fruits to this day, I was that fed up with them. Yes there are lots of fruits, but they almost all taste the same after a few days. The only ones I still like are bananas, coconut (almost impossible to eat enough due to extreme amounts of chewing necessary, my jaw hurt after every meal), grapes and berries.
I don't care how natural the sugar in your fruit is, it's still just candy from a tree. Monitor your insulin if you don't believe me. Measure your bodyfat percentage. My bet is on a 100% fruit diet you'll lose weight, gain fat and increase insulin resistance.
But try it for yourself. And measure, because I don't believe any of the esoteric lightheadedness you described. I feel lightheaded too after not eating anything for two days of sickness.
