I did it for 30 days, and in the end I was hallucinating about meat and hamburgers. I lost almost 5kg on fruit only - mostly muscle. In the end I was literally starving myself. I'd rather not eat anything than eat fruit, because the monotony of fruit was killing me.
Fruit is extremely high in fructose sugar. This will raise your insulin and make you more fat.
You could just eat sugar all day, no difference.
