Try celery juice. If you have a juicer throw some in there and drink it. It's does the following:

-hydrates the body
-great rehydration drink for athletes
-vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C
-potassium
-folic acid
-calcium
-magnesium
-iron
-phosphorus
-sodium (different from table salt)
-fights cancer
-lowers cholesterol
-aids in digestion
-lowers blood pressure
-helps insomnia
-increases sexuality
