In my teens through age 33 it was mainly dairy, soy and pork. Though there were over 20 things I tested allergic to.
From like age 36 to the present, less dairy, still soy, still pork and now wheat.
I got tested with allergists, muscle tested with naturopaths and followed the advice in Eat Right 4 Your Type (book) which can reveal sensitivities that were not related to a positive skin test, for example. That's the only way I found wheat. But wheat was practically killing me.
It took me a lot of trial and error but the way I feel now, compared to then, it was totally worth it. I got my life back.
