Sorry about how things have turned out. The yoga and swimming sound like really refreshing options. Just be consistent. About 3 or 4 days a week. I always put a greater preference over exercise than diet. As long as diet is reasonable, exercise will take care of the rest. By exercise, I mean something you're improving at over time not just moving about. Time yourself during your swims. Get faster every week. Exercise won't be as effective if you're not working harder over time.
A question for taylor2, how do you get your protein?
